We need someone who is passionate about design and has a strong grip over design tools. You should be able to inspire and attract our target audience with your creative flair. Responsibilities:
- Researching, articulating and pitching design concepts
- Establishing creative direction for the brand
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for the website – UI/UX
- Creating long form animated product training videos
- Build catchy graphics for social media
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Create compelling visual elements to enhance brand image
- Take ownership and responsibility of all visual graphics
Skills:
- Solid knowledge of design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, XD, etc. or other relevant software
- Knowledge of layouts, typography, web design, graphic fundamentals, and video editing
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering
- Knowledge of creating realistic 2D and 3D product renders
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS will be preferred
- Think out of the box and deliver unique and captivating designs
- Research skills to stay up to date with the newest trends and developments in graphic design, illustration, and advertising
- Ability to work independently to produce multiple options for compelling graphics
- Strong eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and the ability to maintain multiple project deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven graphic designing experience and demonstrable skills with a strong portfolio
- A knack for design and UX research and improvements
- A strong eye for aesthetics and detail
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Ability to multitask, work methodically as part of a team, and meet deadlines
- Understanding of marketing, branding, corporate identity, and multimedia design
