Role and Responsibilities:
- Writing blogs for the Cielo WiGle website
- Writing guest posts
- Keyword research
- Stay ahead of the latest SEO techniques (content)
- Track, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of content on SERP
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns, from the idea and crafting pitch emails to link building and outreach
- Pitching articles to third-party platforms
- Build new relationships with tech reviewers, bloggers, journalists, and influencers
- Craft content for social media, email newsletters, website, videos, etc.
Skills:
We are looking for a person who is:
- Excellent at research
- A self-starter with the initiative to grow
- Has a solid grasp of spelling & grammar
- Has the uncanny ability to engage with readers throughout their article.
- Understands & applies proper article structure & formatting
- Detail-oriented
- Exhibits strict adherence to deadlines
- Has an understanding of SEO and keyword importance
- Avoids plagiarism
- Can create great headlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft short and long-form content
- You’re passionate and knowledgeable about SEO and digital marketing
- When it comes to SEO trends, you know what’s coming before it happens. Blogs are your thing. You follow Backlinko, Ahrefs blog, Neil Patel etc. very closely
- Proficiency in keyword tools (MOZ, SEM Rush, Ahrefs) is a plus
- Ability to think out of the box and the desire to deliver perfection
